>a guest room in the wine country

This is a beautiful 4 bedroom house located in Penngrove California. Because this room is located in the front of the house and could be seen from the formal entry, the client felt it important that the room feel more like a den but easily transformable to a guestroom. Plus she had a new set of twin beds that would fit that function perfectly.

The solution was to use the two twin beds as daybeds by building a back wall of cushy pillows, and two fitted-upholster weight bed covers that, are soft enough to cuddle up and read on and easy enough to take off quickly and make the two beds if company is staying for the night.

Each fabric hand picked, each design reversible. Because there is a thread of greens and khaki running through the house, these pillows are often used in the family room for a full comfort experience.
